The cost is $32 + HST for each filled TLP reusable laundry bag, regardless of weight. This amount is automatically deducted from your Laundry Plan Credits.
To schedule a pickup, simply log into your account on our website, select the desired date and time, and provide us with your address. Our team will pick up your laundry +/- 1 hour of the specified time.
No, there is no minimum amount of laundry required for pickup. Simply load your TLP reusable laundry bag, close it, and we will be there to get it. You are charged for the bag of laundry, not the weight.
If you suddenly become unavailable during the scheduled pickup time, please reschedule by sending us an email, or calling our customer service team. We’ll be glad to find an alternative solution that suits your availability. Please give us at least 12 hours notice so that we do not incur driver and vehicle charges, which we would unfortunately pass on to you as a “Missed Pickup Charge”.
Our Guaranteed Service is “Next Business Day” for us to complete your laundry; however, there is the possibility that you may get it back later the same day at no additional charge.
No, you don’t need to separate your clothes before scheduling a pickup. Our team will wash all unsorted orders in cold water to help prevent shrinkage and color fading.
If you have any special instructions regarding specific items of clothing (e.g., delicate fabrics, stain treatment), please include them in the Notes section when scheduling your pickup. We’ll ensure your instructions are followed carefully. Place your special handling items in a disposable bag and identify it. Place the disposable bag at the top of your TLP reusable laundry bag before closing it. Our professional staff will launder them accordingly.
